With all the food we have access to everyday, it is sad that a many of us don't get the proper nutrition we need. I've been working on better diet, and so have learned to make meals myself at home with wholesome ingredients for less than one would expect. Here are some aspects I keep in mind when dealing with food:
the efficient cook::
Being efficient in the kitchen helps cut down on energy use, saves you time, decreases waste, and ultimately helps you save money.
1. Make your own groceries::
So many 'groceries' we buy are simple to make at home, minus the preservatives and additives they use to keep the shelf life up. Another bonus to making it at home is you can make as much or as little as you need.
2. Crock Pot Creations
3. Emergency Meals
